By submitting this Entry, I, on behalf of 
(girl’s first name only), as her parent and /or legal guardian, who is 18 years of age or older:

1. Irrevocably assign to GSUSA any and all rights, title, ownership and interest in and to the Entry, including copyright and all intellectual property rights without further consent or payment;
   
   
2. Agree that GSUSA shall have the right to make any and all uses of the Entry in whatever way and for whatever purpose GSUSA desires, in any and all medium, in the United States and throughout the world including the right to use, publish and modify the Entry in connection with the CELEBRATE THE LEADER IN YOU CONTEST free and clear of all claims on my part or on the part of my Girl Scout as her legal guardian;
   
   
3. Agree that GSUSA and any Girl Scout Council and their employees, volunteers and vendors are hereby released from any and all claims or damages that I or my daughter/charge as her legal guardian have or may come to have relating to the Entry and/or the use thereof by GSUSA and any Girl Scout Council.
