Dear Dr. M and Liz,
My problem is that I always get the lowest number of push-ups or sit-ups in my gym class. It's soooo embarrassing, and I know that everybody thinks I'm weak because I hear them laughing.

Dr. M's Answer

Dear Sara,
Those girls who are laughing are being mean. They have no right to treat you that way. When you hear them laughing, think about what you're good at, rather than focusing on your weaknesses. And remember that the more you practice, the stronger you'll become.
